Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at TikTok, you will connect deeply with the business to learn how TikTok and its affiliates grow into one of the most popular applications in the world, be the functional talent partner for our team, and finding the best talent for TikTok and its affiliates. You will also collaborate with regional and global human resources professionals to implement various projects to reach recruiting goals. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, and excited to tackle global challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full hiring process from talent mapping and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
- Navigate challenging compensation discussions, manage candidate expectations, and successfully close complex offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
- Build robust talent pipelines through direct headhunting and market research.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates throughout the assessment and offer stages.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, adept at handling both high-volume and complex searches.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including direct sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management.
- Ability to think globally, be resilient, and be knowledgeable to international recruiting practices.
- Strong ownership, and absolute accountability in executing recruitment strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in fast-paced industries such as Internet, E-Commerce, Fintech, OTA, or FMCG.
- Solid understanding of hiring nuances across the South East Asia market.
