Frontend Engineering Manager, Global E-commerce Supply Chain and Logistics

Team Introduction: Our Supply Chain & Logistics team is a key pillar of the global e-commerce business, responsible for the selection of goods, procurement, warehousing, inventory management and other business modules. It aims to improve customer experience with warehousing, supply chain & logistics technology, empowering merchants to simplify and expand their business worldwide with dependable and trustworthy fulfillment capabilities, so as to to make affordable and high-quality products more accessible, contributing to an improved quality of life for consumers.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of frontend or full stack engineers, including mentoring team members and providing technical support for engineers in the team.
• Provide technical leadership and build high performing teams within your organization.
• Regularly communicate with business teams and contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain business and collaborate with team members to improve experience and performance of such systems and platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related major, 5 years of industry experience in a software development environment.
• Experience of managing or tech-leading a software engineering team.
• Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or any other equivalent library / framework.
• Experience in solving CSS/JS multi-browser compatibility problems and front-end performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Delivery Technology, and/or warehousing.
• Experience in e-commerce and retail related fields.
• Experience in full stack development is a plus.
