Engage with external stakeholders in a client-centered manner to ensure expectations are clear and compliance is achieved.
Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment built on trust, accountability, and diversity.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying issues, trends, and solutions.
Build strong, trust-based relationships across the organization.
You Have:
Advanced knowledge of Responsible Gambling (RG) topics gained through a post-secondary education combined with several years of professional experience and specialization in the field.
Comprehensive understanding of RG best practices and risk profiling methodologies in iGaming to identify at-risk players and tailor effective interventions.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, conduct thorough research, and synthesize information to develop cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
Experience performing investigations into minor protection/player protection, identifying risks, and proposing appropriate mitigations.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy to assess complex incidents, interpret data, and make sound, informed decisions.
Proven ability to collect and assess evidence effectively, serving as a specialist in compliance assurance activities.
Ability to identify emerging trends and risks in RG to enhance player protection strategies.
A strong harm prevention mindset with empathy and understanding of addiction and mental health issues.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management. Demonstrated relationship management skills with the ability to influence and build consensus.
Eligibility to work in Canada and the ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of the global iGaming industry will be an asset.
