Purpose of the Role:
Support smooth expedition operations by handling shipping admin, vehicle & inventory management, and zone allocation, ensuring timely, safe, and accurate deliveries.
What You’ll Do:
- Process shipments admin tasks per procedures to fulfill customer orders.
- Administer damaged goods returns to warehouse, aiding claims.
- Manage follow-up invoices for goods taken by 3rd parties to prevent losses.
- Check follow-up invoices.
What Will Make You Successful:
Must Have:
- Minimum Diploma 3 from any field.
- 1+ years admin experience
- Strong MS Office & communication skills
- Honest, disciplined, computer-savvy
