Patient Care Administration Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Document Processing, e.g. Patient Enrolment and all relevant record on CRM Program.
• Document checking and filing, e.g. Patient Enrolment Form, Financial and other supporting documents which required for each program.
• Initiate relevant activities, e.g. Order Request, Product Redressing, Client Approval, etc.
• Communicate with patients and health care professions who involve in each Patient Solution Program.
• Preparing and tracking relevant documents, e.g. Patient Kit, Redemption Letter, etc.
• Coordinates with other sections, departments, clients and customers to solve operational issues and concerns.
• Provide regular reports to clients within agreed timeline.
• Performs other tasks may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

 Minimum Qualification:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in health science or related field
• Good communication skill
• Basic English Communication skill
• Good team player with high responsibility
• Basic Computer Literacy
