Compensation: $60,000 per year + commission

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in and call-in customers
- Learn product details and present them accurately
- Follow the company sales process
- Handle inbound/outbound calls
- Track all activity in the CRM
- Prepare estimates and manage leads
- Maintain a clean showroom
Skills & Competencies
- You follow instructions and complete tasks on time
- You communicate clearly and professionally
- You learn new products and systems quickly
- You stay organized and manage your workflow
- You work well on a team and represent the company well
Requirements
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Calendar)
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Oregon driver’s license
- Ability to meet job expectations and verify capability to perform duties
