The Inside Channel Account Manager (iCAM) plays a key role in supporting a strategic partner in expanding and sustaining the growth of its business around Proofpoint solutions. Acting as a field-facing liaison, you will work closely with the partner’s agencies, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to strengthen solution adoption, drive pipeline generation, and accelerate joint revenue growth through strong local engagement and a dynamic commercial approach.
This role is based in Paris and requires regular travel across the Île-de-France region and surrounding territories to maintain close proximity and strong relationships with partner teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and engage with multiple partner agencies and sites across the region
- Build strong, trusted relationships with partner sales and technical teams
- Identify and drive local business development opportunities
- Contribute to the growth of the indirect sales pipeline
- Deliver training, coaching, and enablement sessions on Proofpoint solutions
- Organize and lead workshops, partner events, and regular business reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams
- Track activities, opportunities, and performance within CRM tools
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong field orientation
- Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Ability to influence, align, and support partner teams across functions
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work autonomously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Education
- Degree from a leading business or engineering school
- Strong interest in IT and/or cybersecurity environments preferred
