Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) – Per Diem / Part-Time
Location: San Jacinto Valley Post Acute – San Jacinto, CA
Schedule: Per Diem / Part-Time
Compensation: $55.00 – $57.00 per hour (based on experience)
San Jacinto Valley Post Acute is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about delivering high-quality rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Supervise PTA staff and ensure quality of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist license
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively
