Job Description


We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our growing mid-market team. You’ll play a key role in generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and helping companies discover how our platform can streamline their hiring processes.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You’ll work closely with our sales leadership, marketing, and customer success teams to convert inbound leads and proactively reach out to prospects.

What You’ll Do

Manage full-cycle sales: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing deals

Own and grow a pipeline of small to mid-sized business opportunities

Consult with HR and recruitment stakeholders to understand their needs

Collaborate with Marketing and SDRs to run tailored outreach campaigns

Maintain accurate activity records and forecasts in the CRM (we use HubSpot)

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role (preferably B2B or SaaS)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools

Self-starter who’s comfortable with autonomy and ownership

A curious mindset and a natural drive to help customers succeed

Nice to Have

Prior experience selling HR, recruitment, or productivity software

Fluency in Swedish or other Nordic languages

Background in a startup or scale-up environment
