Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate

Associate Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for a variety of testing methods for several different types of software.

Test Execution & Analysis: Plan, script, and perform systematic manual or automated testing cycles to catch errors, bugs, or process anomalies.
Defect Tracking: Log, track, and manage product defects through to resolution, verifying fixes alongside development or production teams.
Process Compliance: Ensure all workflows align strictly with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), corporate governance, and relevant industry regulatory frameworks.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous, auditable logs of test designs, execution results, quality matrices, and compliance scorecards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner actively with Product Managers, Engineers, and operations teams to establish root-cause analysis for quality issues and drive continuous process improvements.
