Position Summary
The Director of Product Management – Player Tracking & Loyalty is responsible for defining, owning, and delivering the product strategy for Light & Wonder’s core gaming system player tracking and loyalty platforms. This role has end‑to‑end product and commercial ownership, including full P&L responsibility for the associated products and services.
This position leads the vision, roadmap, and execution of player tracking and loyalty capabilities embedded within core gaming systems—spanning casino management systems, EGM integrations, mobile and digital touchpoints, and on‑property experiences. The Senior Director serves as the central product authority across engineering, UX, analytics, operations, sales, and marketing to ensure solutions drive measurable customer value, player engagement, and sustainable revenue growth across the product lifecycle.
Essential Job Functions:
Own full P&L accountability for player tracking and loyalty products within core gaming systems, including revenue growth, cost management, margin optimization, forecasting, and long‑term financial performance.
Define and execute the product vision and multi‑year roadmap for player tracking and loyalty platforms, aligned to core gaming system strategy and overall company objectives.
Lead product strategy across the entire lifecycle—from concept and business case through development, launch, optimization, and end‑of‑life decisions.
Partner closely with Software Engineering, Architecture, and UX to deliver scalable, secure, and regulatory‑compliant player tracking and loyalty capabilities.
Drive monetization strategies, pricing models, packaging, and go‑to‑market plans that maximize customer adoption and lifetime value.
Translate customer, market, and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements with measurable outcomes.
Oversee player loyalty system touchpoints including EGM, CMS, kiosks, mobile, online, and emerging digital experiences, ensuring a cohesive and differentiated player journey.
Utilize data, analytics, and ROI modeling to prioritize investments, measure product performance, and guide roadmap decisions.
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, setting clear objectives, accountability, and professional growth plans.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support customer engagements, roadmap communication, and successful deployments.
Manage key customer relationships, strategic partners, and licensors related to player tracking and loyalty capabilities.
Ensure all products meet gaming regulatory requirements, security standards, and operational reliability expectations across jurisdictions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Training and/or Experience:
10+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles.
Demonstrated ownership of P&L for enterprise or platform‑based products.
Deep experience with gaming player tracking, loyalty systems, and core gaming platforms.
Proven success delivering complex, highly regulated software products at scale.
Experience integrating loyalty and player engagement systems across physical and digital channels.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong commercial acumen with advanced skills in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development.
Deep understanding of casino operations, player behavior, and loyalty economics.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in matrixed organizations.
Excellent strategic thinking, execution discipline, and decision‑making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at executive and customer levels.
Knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance frameworks, and security best practices.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field required
Master’s degree preferred

Some domestic and international travel may be required
The targeted pay range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
