Job Description
- Lead negotiations and structure complex agreements for YouTube across multiple lines of business, including first-of-a-kind partnerships and new markets kick off.
- Oversee all aspects of business development and partnerships management, including sourcing, evaluating, drafting and negotiating agreements internally and externally.
- Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for a variety of top partners, executing growth initiatives and securing seamless operational flow.
- Navigate cross-functional complexity across YouTube and Google to ensure strong execution of deals and initiatives, representing our partners and our region.
- Analyze data, understand partnership effectiveness, and seek ways to optimize growth, influencing the broader partnerships team with key learnings and strategies for future programs. Contribute to refining YouTube’s strategy, including preparing presentations.
