Overview Publicis Groupe is seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Planning Manager to lead end-to-end digital planning for key accounts. In this role, you’ll be the strategic lead on digital campaign development and execution—translating client objectives into innovative, data-driven plans. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, media partners, and clients to deliver work that is impactful, measurable, and forward-thinking. Responsibilities Lead the digital planning process from brief to execution across performance and brand campaigns. Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies across Search, Social, Programmatic, and other digital channels. Collaborate with internal teams (performance, strategy, data) and external partners to deliver integrated solutions. Oversee campaign setup, delivery, reporting, and optimization to ensure KPIs are met. Present media plans and performance insights to clients with clarity, confidence, and a strategic perspective. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate planning approaches. Manage and mentor junior planners; support their development and quality of work. Build strong client relationships by providing proactive solutions and thought leadership. Qualifications 5-6 years of experience in digital media planning or strategy within a media environment. Solid understanding of digital platforms and/or media performance metrics. Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into strategic insights. Skilled in client communication and stakeholder management. Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused with the ability to manage multiple projects.
