Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager supports the overall leadership and daily operations of a 170-room full-service luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of downtown Allentown. This role partners closely with the General Manager to drive exceptional guest service, strong financial performance, and operational excellence across all departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Engineering, and Front Office operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with a passion for service, team development, and creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining high brand standards and profitability goals.
