Operations Manager

In this role you will ensure plant operations are conducted safely and responsibly, maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policies Schedule production of cylinder gases to meet customer requirements, maintaining stock levels and monitoring raw material deliveries Drive productivity to maximize plant capabilities and operational efficiency You will ensure proper appearance, image, and security of the facility and equipment and provide job training and support employee career development, supervising personnel fairly to foster motivation and empowerment You will anage employee activities, conduct thorough accident/incident investigations, and complete all required reports accurately Support distribution of products efficiently, interacting professionally with internal and external customers Respond to emergency calls and conduct monthly safety meetings, assisting in SOP implementation and monitoring asset usage
