ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

Manage and record company accounting transactions in compliance with accounting policies and generally accepted accounting standards.
Support cost accounting processes including inventory valuation, cost allocation, and NRV (Net Realizable Value) assessment to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in preparing cost-related reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper approval and documentation of transactions.
Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and ethical standards in all accounting activities.

ดูแลและบันทึกธุรกรรมทางบัญชีของบริษัทให้ถูกต้องตามนโยบายและมาตรฐานการบัญชีที่รับรองทั่วไป
สนับสนุนงานด้าน บัญชีต้นทุน เช่น การประเมินมูลค่าสินค้าคงคลัง, การจัดสรรต้นทุน และการคำนวณNRV (Net Realizable Value) เพื่อให้รายงานทางการเงินมีความถูกต้อง
จัดทำรายงานต้นทุน, การกระทบยอด และการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่าง เพื่อช่วยค้นหาโอกาสในการปรับปรุงธุรกิจ
ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การอนุมัติและเอกสารครบถ้วน
รักษามาตรฐานด้านความถูกต้อง ความตรงเวลา และจริยธรรมทางวิชาชีพ

EDUCATION

Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cost accounting practices.
Understanding of inventory valuation methods and NRV calculation.
Good communication and coordination skills, with flexibility to support operations outside normal working hours when required.
Candidates with knowledge or experience in the petroleum industry, SAP, Excise Department, or Customs will be given special consideration.
