Installation Manager (Residential AV, LV, IT, Control)
Department: Technician
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Bensalem, PA (Innovative)
Reporting To: James, CEO
Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000 / year
Description
The Installation Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the technical team (installation and service techs), delivering exceptional AV, LV, IT, Control, Lighting, and Shading installation and support.

Your Schedule:
- Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week
- Days Per Week: Mon-Fri (7:00am-4:00pm)

Your Day-to-Day
Team Management
- Supervise, train, and mentor the technical team
- Hiring, onboarding, and evaluation of technicians
- Task list creation/assignment
- Schedule creation
- Trigger product needs to purchasing
- Job Site quality control
- Maintain safety protocols and company policies
Installation Standards (SOP's)
- By Phase: Pre-Wire, Trim, Final
- By Subsystem: A/V, IT, Control, Lighting, Shading
- Meticulous wire management and rack builds
- Documentation and enforcement of those standards
Requirements & Abilities
- 5yrs+ Leadership managing technical teams (install)
- Ability to read plans, RCP's, device plots, etc
- Experience: IT, AV, Data Centers, BMS, Security/Access
- Preferred AV-related Certs: Avixa, BICSI, CTS
- Preferred LV Brands: Lutron, Crestron, Savant, C4, Qsys, Alarm.com
- Travel to client sites is required
- Lift +50lbs
- Valid driver’s license
