Director of Beverage Services

• To create the ideal community with the beverage program, services and quality of life that exceeds expectations for all who come to work, live and visit Reynolds Lake Oconee.
• Ensure that our members and guests consistently enjoy, in all restaurants and events, a best-in-class beverage experience. • Ensure all beverage operations are executed in accordance with company service excellence standards and policies. • Works with the F&B teams to enhance systems and ensure budget guidelines are met. • To train and develop an understanding of controls, systems and intradepartmental procedures as they relate to all beverage operations. • To direct our platform for learning and development of all wine, spirits, beer and non-alcohol programs and products for the line staff and managers.
