Consumer Service Representative – Kenny’s Candy & Confections
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4-hour workdays (with flexibility)
- Compensation: $21.19/hr

What We Are Looking For
We’re now hiring a Consumer Service Representative, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to be the face of our company. In this role, you won't just be answering questions; you'll be creating "wow" moments and turning every interaction into an amazing, personalized experience for our consumers.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Answer questions about products, services, pricing, and account details via phone, email, social media, or other methods.
- Explain features, benefits, and specifications regarding products.
- Troubleshooting consumer problems, addressing complaints and finding appropriate solutions to satisfy consumers.
- Assist with consumer questions related to the online store.
- File consumer and customer complaints into IFS.
- File consumer and customer compliments into IFS.
- Create accurate reports to share with the Month Management meeting and other departments as needed.
- Back-up to the receptionist as needed.
- Assist in Company Store as needed.
- Assist in Samples/UPS as needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Strong computer skills or ability to learn necessary skills – specifically Microsoft Office Suites
- Knowledge of basic office equipment
- Accurate data entry abilities
- Excellent oral & good written communication skills
- Previous work experience demonstrating dependability
- Self-motivated, independent worker with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good decision and problem-solving skills
- Good organization and planning skills
