Job Description
Your Contribution:
As a Controlling Analyst you will be the main link between plant controlling teams and regional management in terms of data analytics and financial reporting.
- Review financial data and analyze variances vs. plan/forecast.
- Support month-end close and prepare financial reports.
- Consolidate data from US & Mexico plants.
- Communicate with plants, HQ, and controlling teams.
- Update forecasts and support planning activities.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and financial studies (ROI, costs, trends).
- Prepare presentations and reports for management.
- Support projects (Pricing initiatives, loss makers, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy and align with accounting/shared services.
- Assist team members and support plant needs
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- 2+ years related experience.
- Knowledge of current principles of accounting and audit principles.
- Excellent Excel skills, including pivot table and macros preferred.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing company preferred.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
