主要工作职责 (Main Responsibilities)

1、积极拓展潜在客户，建立和发展良好的客户关系

2、管理现有客户，维护存量业务，积极争取新增业务

3、及时完成信贷相关审批报告，遵守银行信贷政策

4、确保信贷质量，包括信贷报告初审，及数据准确性

5、定期拜访客户，及时跟进潜在业务机会，组织完成各项业务指标

6、维护团队与其他部门的沟通与合作

7、确保遵守监管规定

8、上级主管及管理层安排的其他工作

任职资格 (Incumbent’s Requirements)

1、优秀的企业财务分析能力及信贷风险控制能力

2、熟悉企业银行产品知识及业务要求

3、良好的市场敏感度，善于捕捉业务机会

4、优秀的人际沟通能力，具备良好的团队管理能力

5、乐于接受挑战，能够承受工作压力

6、10年以上企业银行相关工作经验
