Overview Proactive professional with experience in executing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate must be able to implement effective campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok, maximizing results and optimizing investment. They should have an analytical, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and make strategic adjustments. In addition, they must be organized, adaptable, quick to learn, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Paid Media Campaign Execution and Optimization: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok. Analyze and adjust key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CPL to maximize efficiency and results based on each client’s objectives. Budget and Investment Management: Manage advertising budgets, maximize ROAS, and optimize investments according to client goals. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure accurate tracking and continuous improvement. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure campaigns align with overall strategies and brand objectives. Qualifications Knowledge of Advertising Platforms and Industry Trends: Stay up to date with trends and constant changes in the paid media industry to ensure effective and competitive campaigns. Results-Oriented Mindset: Strong focus on achieving established KPIs and continuously improving performance. Analytical Skills: Basic knowledge of measurement and tracking to detect configuration issues in platforms, pixels, and tracking tools, ensuring accurate data. Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required. Additional languages such as French, German, Italian, or Portuguese are a plus.
