Job Description
- Drive hypothesis-driven business strategy and define go-to-market plans for YouTube products across users, partners, and creators.
- Manage operational excellence by setting and tracking OKRs, driving annual business planning, and running the implementation of business cadence.
- Conduct data analysis, modeling, and market intelligence using tools like SQL to develop insights, build dashboards, and create decks.
- Define actionable plans and roadmaps, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
- Develop hypotheses against opportunity areas, test them using quantitative and qualitative analysis, and communicate actionable insights; and Identify process improvements, develop strategic narratives to influence product roadmaps, and manage key programs and projects.
