Job Description
OBJECTIVE:
Under the supervision of the Director, Digital transformation the Paid Media & Performance Specialist will oversee and coordinate all paid media activities across the full funnel, from conversion-focused performance campaigns to upper-funnel brand and awareness initiatives.
This role sits within the Digital Transformation team, which owns the performance and conversion media ads. In addition, this role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the use of Marketing’s upper-funnel brand and awareness paid media, ensuring alignment between brand-building efforts and performance objectives.
While paid media execution will be handled by an external media agency, this role acts as the central point of coordination and governance between Digital Transformation, Marketing, and the agency. The incumbent ensures that budgets, strategies, creative execution, and performance measurement across awareness and conversion media are aligned with overall business priorities and supported by data-driven insights.
This position requires experience working with international paid media programs including multi-country coordination, localization considerations, and cross-market performance analysis.Haut du formulaire
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Budget Ownership
Own and oversee the paid media budget across performance (conversion) and awareness (brand) initiatives.
Allocate spend based on business objectives, funnel stage, and measurable outcomes.
Balance short-term conversion performance with long-term brand growth.
Recommend budget shifts based on results and evolving priorities.
Agency Management & Governance
Serve as the main point of contact with the media agency.
Provide clear business context, objectives, KPIs, and product priorities.
Ensure internal ownership of strategy while holding the agency accountable for execution and results.
Coordinate briefs, timelines, assets, and deliverables across teams and markets.
Performance Oversight & Optimization
Review and challenge agency reporting and recommendations.
Analyze performance across awareness and conversion channels.
Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Escalate insights and recommendations to leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional & Creative Alignment
Align performance and brand media strategies to improve funnel efficiency.
Ensure paid creatives are timely, on-brand, and channel-appropriate.
Partner with Creative, CRM, and internal teams to support campaign execution.
Reporting & Insights
Ensure clear, actionable reporting aligned with KPIs.
Translate cross-channel data into insights and recommendations.
Support leadership with fact-based performance analysis.
Required Qualifications:
4-7+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital growth.
Bachelor’s degree in ecommerce, digital business, project management, or a related field.
Experience managing international paid media programs
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion, revenue).
Experience managing media agencies supporting multi-country or regional accounts.
Ability to read, interpret, and challenge performance data across markets.
Strong business acumen and comfort working across teams and geographies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
