What will you contribute?

Reporting to the [Giriraj Mahajan], the Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, analyzes, and maintains high-quality software product applications.  This position is located in [Pune].

What will Candidate contribute?

• This resource will be part of US-Hosted Payments group and responsible for deliverable for Us hosted payment product and Dev support to P2go team.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding Requirements, Detail design document creation, Coding Unit testing/Unit test case creation/, Bug fixing, Issue recreation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage issue in payments flow.
• Provide Knowledge Transfer & mentoring to team
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using C++ with windows platform.
• Analyze and understand existing software architecture and codebase.
• Identify areas for improvement and optimize software performance.
• Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Develop understanding of Product functionality & payment by referring documents and taking help of team member & Debugging code also.
• Need to provide QA support.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Able to lead team of up to 10.

Requirements:

• Should have more than 5.5 years of Software Development and lifecycle experience with a strong focus on C++, STL, Windows, and SQL (Oracle as Database).
• Ability to read code and develop understanding of existing functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues by analyzing logs/traces.
• Experience in multithreading.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to understand and navigate complex software systems.
• Experience with software development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
