负责促进和保持企业良好的对外关系和正面形象,以提高企业声望;分析市场信息,筛选供应商,根据公司业务发展需求,完成机构日常的采购任务。To promote and maintain a good external relationship and positive image of the company in order to enhance the reputation of the company; Analyze market information, screen suppliers and complete daily procurement tasks for the organization according to the company's business development needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Main responsibilities
主要职责
1.根据公司采购制度和采购流程,实施采购任务,控制采购质量与成本 ;
2. 协助采购经理推进养老院筹开和运营的采购管理工作,包括:询价、比价、签定采购合同、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作;
3. 制定采购计划,并监督执行;
4. 定期调查、分析和评估目标市场,收集采购需求要和提出采购时机建议;
5、协助采购经理对供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核;
6、协助采购经理协调养老院公司各部门间工作。
