We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a difference to the quality of life for our clients. 

With no set shift patterns, we can offer you work to fit in and around your family and lifestyle. 

We will carefully match you to our clients, in your local community, and you will support them to live happy, independent lives by providing:

  • Companionship and help around the home 
  • Preparation and support with meals
  • Prompting and assisting your client with their medication
  • Supporting with personal care and to get dressed
  • Social visits and support with appointments and shopping trips

Home Instead are unique in the care industry as all our visits are a minimum of 1 hour. We believe that this time is needed for you to establish meaningful relationships with your clients and make a REAL difference to their lives everyday!

As a Care Professional at Home Instead you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and 24/7 support from our office team.

No prior experience of care is required. If you are kind, empathetic and patient then you already have the skills to be a great Care Professional.

All training is paid and will take place at our office in Worthing with our award-winning training team. You will need a driving licence and your own vehicle.
