Job Description
- Lead a team of Customer and Partner Solutions Engineers focusing on team culture, talent strategy, and skills development to deliver scaled technical solutions aligned to Google Ads Product priorities to customers globally.
- Deliver the strategic vision for the organization, work with sales teams, product leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with customer needs and coordinated execution for key priorities.
- Provide thought leadership and develop new AI solution offerings for the team as aligned with organizational goals of product and enablement organizations to maximize output and impact.
- Lead the change management on initiatives that drive greater automation, integration with AI and higher efficiency of complex, multifaceted workflows and processes, for both Google and our customers.
