About the Function:
Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world.
With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.
It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Coordinator (AM Shift: 6AM - 2PM, Monday to Friday) to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse/operations environment and is committed to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
You will be responsible for:
Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Use RF scanning (RF gun) to pick, pack, and process orders accurately
Ensure products/orders are processed correctly and dispatched on time
Safely operate forklifts in line with site procedures
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices
Identify and report hazards, damages, or incidents immediately
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
Experience / Skills Required:
Forklift experience is essential (valid license required)
RF gun/scanner experience is essential
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Good communication skills
