Principal Software Engineer

As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking an accomplished Principal Software Engineer to be ONSITE to serve as a technical leader and architect across our software ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving the design, scalability, and evolution of mission-critical systems that support genetic testing workflows, clinical reporting, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, systems thinking, and the ability to influence engineering direction across teams. This position will collaborate closely with geneticists, bioinformaticians, laboratory professionals, and product leaders to deliver robust, secure, and innovative software solutions that directly impact patient care. This is an onsite position.
