Analyst, Underwriting Support

What you’ll accomplish with us
As an Analyst, Underwriting Support, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
Place and manage third‑party evidence orders, including Accurint, APS, Exams (domestic & foreign), Labs, and MIB requests
Conduct proactive follow‑ups on APS and Lab orders, including special authorization requirements
Run, review, and act on key underwriting reports to support workflow efficiency
Maintain system queue integrity by managing routing, status updates, duplication issues, and documentation accuracy
Process, code, and reconcile vendor invoices while resolving discrepancies with vendors or leadership

We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for their strong attention to detail and accuracy
Stands out for their clear communication and documentation skills
Demonstrates strong organizational and workflow‑management abilities
Is recognized for their problem‑solving skills and ability to identify workflow patterns
Has 2+ years of experience in underwriting support, insurance operations, or a related administrative/analytical role
Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves communicating with underwriting teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders on a daily basis
