Job Description

Overview Zenith is looking for a curious Research and Data Analyst to support the Research and Insights function by turning data into clear, meaningful insights that inform strategic recommendations across agency accounts and new business opportunities. The role focuses on research execution, data analysis, and reporting, working closely with strategy, account, creative, and media teams to bring insights into action. Responsibilities Support the delivery of market research and data analysis to identify target audiences, behaviors, and trends Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including primary research, desk research, social media, and digital analytics platforms Assist in the development of insights that support creative, communication, and media strategies Prepare clear and structured reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to internal teams Collaborate with account management, strategy, creative, and media planning teams to ensure research supports client objectives Monitor industry, cultural, and consumer trends and share relevant insights with the wider team Maintain databases, research tools, and data sources in an organized and reliable manner Provide analytical support for pitches and new business opportunities, under guidance from senior team members Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, marketing, advertising, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in research, data analysis, insights, or a related role (agency experience is a plus) Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail Ability to clearly present data and insights in a structured and accessible way Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Basic to intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, or similar) Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI) Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Interest in digital, social, and media analytics, with some exposure to relevant tools considered an advantage Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and interest in consumer behavior, culture, media, and advertising Additional information What’s in it for you?
