As Brand Manager – FemCare, you will lead brand strategy, innovation initiatives, and commercial performance for the category across key Andean markets. You will play a critical role in developing annual marketing plans, managing investments, coordinating agencies, leading cross-functional projects, and influencing regional stakeholders to deliver sustainable business growth. This position requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire collaboration without direct authority.

What You Will Do

  • Lead brand growth, innovation pipelines, and portfolio management initiatives.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing and communication strategies.
  • Manage media investments, agencies, and integrated campaigns.
  • Analyze market performance, sales trends, profitability, and category opportunities.
  • Drive innovation projects from idea generation through market execution.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and regional teams.
  • Lead and develop a Brand Associate while fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Present business recommendations and strategic plans to senior stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably within FMCG.
  • Experience in FemCare or consumer goods categories is highly valued.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication capabilities.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable making decisions in fast-paced environments.
