Senior Training Advisor

Main Purpose of the Job: To strengthen the capability and performance of our distribution channels It is essential to have a dedicated leadership role focusing on Agency, Bancassurance, other channels Manager Development Be responsible for Designing, Developing and Implementing comprehensive training programs that build strong effective manager – key drivers of our business growth and retention Responsible to manage across multiple teams, leading to gaps in consistency, follow-up, and long-term capability building To align development strategy, ensure curriculum quality, and drive measurable impact on distribution performance
