The Lead Electronics Engineer role is based in our office in Kraków, Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the electronics development activities from RFQ to SOP, including organizing regular meetings with the electronics team.
- Serve as the main communication interface with project management, internal departments, customers, and electronics suppliers regarding technical topics and project progress.
- Create, maintain, and update the electronics development timeline, ensuring alignment with project cost, quality, and timing targets.
- Deliver complete and accurate technical data packages to customers, PCB prototype manufacturers, and EMS partners within required deadlines.
- Support prototype builds, pilot sample preparation, industrialization activities, and pre‑SOP issue resolution (measurements, analyses, reports).
- Provide technical input and descriptions for customer quotations for new project acquisitions.
- Collaborate with international teams, sharing information and supporting problem‑solving activities across all locations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year of project planning or project leadership.
- Good knowledge of electronics technologies and solid orientation in the electronics domain (components, PCB, validation).
- Experience working in an international team and in a cross‑functional project environment.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Strong organizational, decision‑making, and prioritization skills with a proactive, self‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
