The job holder is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the restaurant through providing excellent food and beverage services to Members and their guests in the restaurant according the established standards at top quality level to ensure business and customer service objectives and targets are achieved consistently. Assisting the supervisor to ensure a smooth and efficient service in the assigned section of the restaurant; keeping the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction; and maintaining a high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant.

Responsible for providing a pleasant dining experience by offering attentive service to customers at food and beverage establishments. This role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, setting and clearing tables, and handling payments. They must have a thorough knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer customer queries and make recommendations when requested. A Waiter/Waitress needs to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be well-organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. They are also expected to adhere to hygiene and food safety standards. Job success is measured by the ability to ensure customer satisfaction and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
