- Collaborate with other Allrounder and the Guest Relation Manager to ensure guest satisfaction
- Foster a positive and inviting atmosphere, ensuring guests feel relaxed and cared for
- Organize evening activities in coordination with the team
- Plan and prepare creative workshops (e.g., macramé, drawing, ice bathing, herbal work, ceremonies, etc.).
- Lead workshops (in collaboration with other team members), ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Develop new ideas and concepts for workshops
- Share your knowledge and expertise with guests, helping them explore and learn new skills
