Senior Specialist - RPA

Job Purpose: 

We are actively looking for a Senior Specialist to design and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions across our enterprise landscape. The successful candidate must be a highly skilled automation engineer who thrives on solving complex business problems, optimizing workflows, and building robust, scalable automation systems that deliver measurable business value. In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end automation delivery—from process analysis and design to development, deployment, and maintenance of automation bots 

Job Functions: 

• 3 to 5 years of experience in creating automation bots using Automation Anywhere (A360) 

• Communicate with various teams to identify, analyze and understand processes suitable for automation 

• Build RPA BOTs and standalone automation solutions using Python where applicable. 

• Providing ongoing maintenance, support and optimization for live BOTs 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Automation Development & Engineering - Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using Automation Anywhere (A360). Create reusable automation components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate delivery. Optimize automations for scalability, performance, and long‑term maintainability. Augment RPA workflows with scripting tools like Python or create standalone automation utilities as needed. 

• Bot Monitoring, Maintenance & Support - Provide support for deployed bots, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution. Maintain, troubleshoot and enhance existing bots based on business and process changes. Monitor bot health, performance, and exceptions via Automation Anywhere control room. 

• Governance, Standards & Continuous Improvement - Ensure all automations adhere to security guidelines, governance frameworks, and coding standards. Contribute to and promote best practices for high-quality automation. Support documentation and compliance

  across the automation lifecycle. 

• Innovation & Future-state Automation - Explore and implement advanced automation capabilities including AI/ML Integrations and OCR/IDP solutions. Continuously enhance RPA and scripting skillsets. Recommend improvements to the automation operating model and collaborate in scaling automation toward hyper-automation with AI-driven decision making. 

Minimum Requirements: 

• 3 to 5 years of experience in creating BOTs with Automation Anywhere (A360) 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.  

• Experience with scripting or programming languages like Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript 

• Familiarity with SQL databases, APIs, and basic system interactions.  

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Knowledge in Power Automate is an added advantage
