Implement and sustain supply chain execution at contract manufacturing sites in support of business operations focusing on procurement, logistics, reverse supply chain, etc.
Develop and deliver digital capabilities/enhancements as per project/product roadmap focusing on contract manufacturers. Execute delivery per project plan, identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and align stakeholders with communications.
Collaborate with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams to evaluate gaps in existing processes and platforms, and drive the business case for transformation. Identify, document, and manage business requirement pipeline.
Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, and map process flows through collaboration with partner teams. Develop and review integration, user acceptance, and associated program test plans.
Support the deployment of new capabilities, provide hypercare, and address post-roll out issues.
