Overview PMX’s Digital Solution Marketing team is searching for an Executive Vice President, Global Influencer Client Lead to serve as the senior-most client and strategic lead for a major global client relationship. This role will report to the Chief Social Officer and sit at the intersection of creator strategy, client partnership, business growth, and cross-functional leadership. The EVP, Global Influencer Client Lead will be the primary executive relationship owner and strategic advisor for influencer and creator marketing initiatives, accountable for driving exceptional client outcomes, business growth, and operational excellence. This position requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise across the creator economy, influencer marketing, social strategy, and platform ecosystems, as well as a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage large, complex global client relationships. The role includes executive client leadership, influencer strategy development, creator ecosystem innovation, business growth, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver culturally relevant, ROI-driven influencer programs at scale. Responsibilities Serve as the senior executive lead and primary point of accountability for the Kenvue influencer marketing business. Develop and oversee global influencer and creator marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and brand growth. Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with client partners, serving as a strategic advisor on creator marketing trends, opportunities, and innovation. Lead cross-functional teams across strategy, planning, analytics, social, partnerships, and activation to deliver integrated influencer programs. Identify and drive business growth opportunities through innovative creator solutions, expanded scopes of work, and strategic partnerships. Partner with platform representatives, creator partners, and technology providers to ensure access to emerging opportunities and industry advancements. Champion data-driven decision making by employing performance insights, creator analytics, and influencer technology platforms. Ensure all influencer programs are culturally relevant, strategically sound, and aligned with client business objectives. Mentor and develop senior team members while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment. Represent PMX as an inspiring leader within the influencer marketing industry through client engagements, marketplace relationships, and internal leadership initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 15+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, creator economy, digital marketing, or related fields. Significant experience within agency, platform, media, or marketing services environments. Proven track record managing large-scale, complex client relationships and leading senior executive partner engagements. Deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, including talent partnerships, social platforms, cultural trends, influencer business models, and emerging technologies. Demonstrated success developing and implementing influencer marketing programs that deliver measurable business impact. Experience working with influencer marketing technology platforms and using data and analytics to inform strategic decisions. Strong financial and business insights, including experience managing revenue growth, scope development, and client profitability. Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading matrixed, cross-functional teams across multiple fields and markets. Executive presence with outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Demonstrated ability to think strategically while balancing long-term vision with day-to-day business leadership. Proven ability to foster strong partnerships internally and externally while influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Must be a collaborative leader and self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Experience working with global brands and multi-market influencer programs preferred. Passion for culture, social platforms, emerging media, and the evolving creator economy.
