Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Machine Operator III, Tool and Die Maker, or Department Lead and become a vital part of our precision-driven production process! In this energetic role, you will operate and maintain a variety of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC machining centers, to produce high-quality components.
SHIFTS:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM
Duties
Set up and operate CNC machines including milling machines, lathes, stamping presses, and press brake machines to produce parts according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication.
Conduct routine inspections using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards.
Experience
Five (5) or more years of related experience is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge in operating CNC, milling, grinding, or lathe machines preferred.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand basic English.
Ability to demonstrate basic math and computer skills and perform visual quality inspections.
Ability to learn, problem-solve, and make decisions per work instructions and documents.
Ability to communicate and work as a team member. Ability to obtain a Klein provided crane certification may be required.
Ability to work overtime as needed by the company is required.
