Job Description
We are hiring a Bartender or Mixologist to join our dedicated team of wine, spirits, beer and food enthusiasts at Trius Winery Restaurant.
Bring your professional hard working and fun attitude to work with us as we expand our wine flights and cocktail program.

Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
What this teammate will be responsible for -
Executing best in class cocktail recipes
Executing wine by the glass and wine flights
Adhereing to inventory control procedures (receiving, stocking); participating in monthly inventory process
Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the bar locations at all times
Running food in our dining areas, and assisting with all phases of service in our dining room and tasting pavilion
Assisting with setups and takedowns for dining and group functions
Assisting with all opening and closing duties
Assisting with offsite events
