This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Especialista de CRM based in Brazil.

This role is focused on building and optimizing end-to-end customer relationship strategies through data-driven CRM journeys that enhance engagement, retention, and conversion. You will play a key role in designing intelligent communication flows across multiple channels, ensuring customers and leads receive relevant, timely, and personalized interactions.
The environment is highly collaborative, remote-first, and strongly oriented toward data, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
You will be responsible for managing CRM automation strategies, leveraging behavioral data to improve lifecycle communications across enterprise audiences.
The role involves close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and growth strategies.
You will also work extensively with analytics tools to transform data into actionable insights that guide decision-making.
