Pay Transparency
$17.50 – $18.00 per hour

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Assemble, calibrate, test, and rework instruments, optics, and sub-assemblies based on blueprints and work instructions
- Maintain high quality standards through in-process inspections
- Meet productivity, scrap, and rework targets
- Interpret and follow standard work documents, assembly specifications, and part details
- Maintain an organized, clean workspace following 5S standards
- Ensure inventory accuracy using Kanban and FIFO processes
- Properly maintain tools and equipment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and other teams to improve efficiency and product quality
YOU WILL HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required (technical or electronics certification preferred)
- 1+ year of assembly experience, ideally in an electronics or manufacturing environment
- Basic computer and keyboard skills
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity (ability to handle small components)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 90% of the workday)
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, specifications, and instructions
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and follow safety protocols, including handling chemicals

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $17.50 - $18.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
