Position Summary
Are you passionate about Operations, planning and making a difference? Our organization is seeking an inventory planner responsible for sustaining on-time delivery (OTD), improving inventory and responsiveness to the customer metrics, through disciplined application of tools in Veralto Enterprise Solutions (VES). You will work closely with cross-functional and/or cross-operational teams to drive continuous improvements.
This role will directly impact revenue, finished good stock, planning, and (freight) costs to drive incremental and step-function improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP).

Job Responsibilities:
Review demand vs inventory on hand and on order to determine purchase requirements and place Purchase orders accordingly, considering monthly revenue and inventory objectives
Liaise with factories to obtain the required paperwork (invoices, packing lists, AWB) to facilitate the smooth import of products
Coordinate the item set up process
Implement standard work and maintain 5S; track and problem solve KPIs to sustain standard work
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, planning, or industrial design with 2-3 years experience
Proficient in English;
Savvy with computer applications and demonstrates a strong analytical approach to problem solving
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (X-look up, Macros, pivot tables)
