Job Description
- Sort, prioritize, and route incoming packages.
- Handles packages in preparation for processing which includes opening boxes, and initial inspection of product.
- Verify customers return products according to type and associated procedures.
- Document inspection results, including any receiving issue, and communicate findings to the team.
- Collaborate with the fellow team members and management to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Adhere to company and safety standards during all inspections and handling procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and frequent improvements of returns processing.
- Other duties as assigned
