As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in empowering and incubating high-potential e-commerce creators by providing daily support, guidance, and encouragement on content production techniques.
  • Actively communicate and build strong, trust-based relationships with creators and agency hosts, ensuring they feel supported and motivated to achieve their sales goals.
  • Support the team in matching curated product assortments with the right creators, helping to brainstorm and co-create engaging e-commerce content (short videos & livestreams).
  • Help organize and facilitate training sessions for livestream hosts, assisting them in understanding livestreaming tools, refining on-camera scripts, and improving viewer interaction.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing post-livestream data. Help translate these data insights into easy-to-understand, actionable advice that creators can use to optimize their future sessions.
  • Guide creators to maintain high-quality content standards and adhere to platform guidelines, fostering a healthy e-commerce ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related fields
  2. Strong skills in interpersonal and communication; you are a "people person" who genuinely enjoys interacting, listening, and building rapport with diverse individuals.
  3. Proactive fast-learner, open to navigating uncertain and exploratory business scenarios.

  5. Proven skills in analytical with a willingness to learn how to use data to formulate actionable strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Strong analytical skills, with a structured and critical approach to problem-solving;
  2. Experience in TikTok platform, short-form video trends, and the livestreaming e-commerce ecosystem.
