Role Overview
We are looking for a structurer to join our Structured Credit Solutions team in Milan or London. The role sits at the intersection of structured credit, capital markets and insurance, and is focused on designing and executing transactions that help our clients optimise capital, transfer risk and unlock financing for emerging-market exposures.
You will work alongside senior bankers and advisors to structure and originate securitisations, significant risk transfer (SRT) trades, credit wraps and insurance-based solutions, and to support our coverage of European banks and institutional investors active in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Structure securitisations, risk transfer transactions, credit wraps and insurance-wrapped financings for banks, corporates and funds active in emerging markets.
- Build and review financial models, cash-flow waterfalls and capital-relief analyses to support transaction design and investor marketing.
- Partner with originators, legal counsel, rating agencies and insurance counterparties to take transactions from concept through to close.
- Prepare investor and client materials, including term sheets, transaction memoranda and presentations.
- Contribute to the origination effort by helping identify new structuring opportunities across Delphos' client base and partner network.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in structured credit origination, structuring, or financial institution capital markets origination.
- Banking background preferred, with experience working with or at European banks.
- Familiarity with securitisations, risk transfer products, credit wraps and insurance-based credit solutions.
- Experience with Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) products is a plus.
- Familiarity with emerging markets is a plus.
- Fluency in English required; fluency in Italian and other languages preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
