Director of Asset Management (7070 - Asset Management)

Position is for a full-time Director of Asset Management to work at EAH Corporate located in San Rafael, CA. This is a hybrid remote position. Candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting or related field. Must have 6+ years as an Asset Manager or Project Manager in affordable housing. Experience in reporting to and working with agencies such as HUD, TCAC, CHFA, HOME, USRDA, HCD, RHCP, and investors. Must have 5+ years of supervisory experience. Salary range: $125,000.00 to $220,000.00 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $125,000.00 to $172,500.00 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
