YOUR IMPACT
An Associate Production Support Specialist role at OpenText is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to make a difference. As a key contributor, you'll be instrumental in supporting cutting-edge Business Network solutions that enhance the security, stability, and profitability of our customers' businesses.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Develop the skills to support OpenText products, a global leader in Information Management.
• Collaborate as part of a high-performing team operating under strong governance practices.

• Provide support to a diverse portfolio of Forbes Global 500 clients.
• Work closely with clients and collaborate with OpenText teams across multiple global regions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese (language proficiency will be assessed).
• Some experience in a support or operations environment.
• Foundational knowledge of ITIL principles.
• A strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Patience and the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
• Flexibility to work night shifts for up to 10 days per month.
• Availability to work one weekend per month.
• Ability to work a regular schedule of 13:00–22:00, Monday to Friday.
